Orders placed Monday - Friday by 10:00 a.m. Eastern time will be shipped the same day via UPS Ground Service. Orders after 10:00 a.m. Eastern time will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday).
We are confident you will be pleased with the quality products you purchase from us. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please review our Return Policy below.
Special orders or custom products may not be returned. These items are identified as such in their descriptions.
All other items may be returned for exchange or refund by shipping to: Irish Traditions, 35 N. Harrison Street, Easton, MD 21601. Items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging. Please include a note indicating whether you would like to exchange the purchase or receive a refund. Refund of the purchase price, plus applicable sales tax will be made via the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.
In the case of defective merchandise, a replacement will be provided at no cost and return shipping will be reimbursed.
