Welsh Dragon Salt & Pepper Set

The design on these Salt & Pepper pots depicts the Welsh dragon. This was chosen as a symbol of Wales in the time of Henry VII (15th century). This was done in tribute to the Welsh people who had made his victory possible, as he fought the Tudor claim to be the true rulers of Britain.  Height 8cm
