Shipping

Except as noted in individual product descriptions (see below regarding tartan products), orders placed Monday – Friday by 10:00 a.m. Eastern time usually will be shipped the same day via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service. Orders after 10:00 a.m. Eastern time will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday). Packages typically arrive within 2 – 4 business days.

In the event an item is out of stock, we will contact you within the same time frame and let you know when we expect the item back in stock. You will then have the option of cancelling your order for a prompt full refund.

Tartan Products Are In VERY High Demand Globally

Irish County, Provincial and Family tartans, Military and Service tartans are generally in stock for neckties, scarves and sashes.  Scottish Clan and District tartans, all tartan fabrics are made to order/special orders that currently require up to 18 weeks to be weeks to be custom made for you, as noted in the product description for the item you are ordering.  Kilts are made to order and also require up to 18 weeks weeks for delivery. There is no way to make the process go faster. Our makers are all overwhelmed with demand.

 

Return Policy

Special orders or custom products may not be returned.  These items are identified as such in their descriptions.

CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE DEADLINE: Items purchased as Christmas gifts may be exchanged before the THIRD Sunday in January.

All other items may be returned for exchange or refund by shipping to: Irish Traditions, 141 Main St, Annapolis, MD 21401.  Items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging. Please include a note indicating whether you would like to exchange the purchase or receive a refund. Refund of the purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, will be made via the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.

In the case of defective merchandise, a replacement will be provided at no cost and return shipping will be reimbursed.
