West of Ireland Rashers are produced from Irish Pigs (Landrace) reared in Canada specifically for this product. You will not find this pork in the local market. The pork is then brought to our own manufacturing facility in the Hudson Valley Region of New York, where it is slow-cured using imported curing agents from Ireland, sliced and packed. Important Perishable Order Shipping Restrictions: We only ship Perishable / Frozen items to the following states: NY, MA, CT, RI, VT, NJ, NH, PA, DE, MD, VA. Any orders containing frozen/perishable items to states not listed above, we may, at our discretion, eliminate those items from your order and ship the remainder or cancel your order completely. We only ship Frozen/Perishable items on Mondays and Tuesdays due to the time sensitivity of transit.
NOTE: Please note that frozen food, while shipped frozen in insulated packaging, may not arrive fully frozen. You may thaw completely to prepare or refreeze completely at your discretion. There is no effect on the quality of the product.
