Ladies’ Tartan Mini Kilt is a chic and contemporary way for a lady to incorporate her clan or district tartan into her wardrobe. This Mini Kilt has pleats around the back and a flat front panel with three buckles and fringe. The two buckles on the left outside and one on the right side all feature genuine leather straps. This skirt is often made to be approximately 16″ – 18″ long – it typically goes down to about 4″ – 6″ past one’s behind. So, we recommend having someone measure you for length from behind.
