A Ladies’ Tartan Kilted Skirt is an elegant way for a lady to incorporate her clan or district tartan into her wardrobe. This Kilted Skirt is the traditional ladies’ attire. It has pleats around the back and a flat front panel with three buckles and fringe. The two buckles on the left outside and one on the right side all feature genuine leather straps. This skirt measures up to approximately 27 – 28″ – it is often worn as a knee-length garment.
