Scottish Grand March

A stunning end to a beautiful event.  At the end of the wedding reception, it is customary to do the Grand March.  The band (or prerecorded music) plays “Scotland the Brave.”  A designated person takes center stage to direct the whole process.  The bride and groom along with the wedding party begin a procession, circling the room counter-clockwise, with men on the left and women on the right.  As they pass, other couples are encouraged to join in.  The whole process, although not complicated, is quite spectacular.
